  • What is rug tufting?
    Rug tufting is a textile technique that involves threading yarn loops into a fabric backing to create a rug. This is done by a special tool called a Tufting Gun.
  • What should we do to sign up?
    You will sign up through our website. Once that is done, you will send us your design, or pick one out at the shop, and we will draw it on for you. While this is happening, you will pick out your yarn colours and gather all yarn needed for your artwork.
  • Do I need experience?
    Nope! This is beginner friendly and can be done by adults and children. We walk you through step by step and teach you how to complete your rug.
  • Is there a minimum age for children?
    As long as the child is accompanied by an adult, the youngest is ten years old. After fifteen years old, the child can tuft alone.
  • Do I have to bring anything?
    Nope! We all have tools and materials needed to complete your rug.
  • Can I purchase drinks or snacks?
    Yes, we have a selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase. We also have complimentary water on-site for you to enjoy as well.
  • Can I bring my rug home right away?
    Of course!
  • How do I order a custom rug?
    You can contact us on our contact page and we will start the process there!
  • What are the prices and sizes?
    A 40cmx40cm rug will be $200. A 60cmx60xm rug will be $250. A 80cmx80cm rug will be $300. The prices may vary depending on complexity of the piece.
  • Can I have any image I want?
    As long as it is not offensive in anyway, the image will not matter. Reaching out to us before ordering would be a great solution just in case of image changes or price variation.
